Nor may any buyer sell these card images and collection sets to anyone for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like.
None of these card images and collection sets be used for mass production for the gift industry OR used in the creation of website graphics (banners, sig tags, websets, auctioni templates, digital products, rubber stamps, etc.)
If you plan on selling items created using any of the card images and collection sets you purchased from Soft Treasures, whether online or offline, you will need to register and pay a one time fee of $25(USD) for commercial use. For all exclusive single cliparts and/or graphic images or any sets flagged as exclusive sets purchased, you will be allowed to use such items for both personal and commercial use. These items will be properly identified and tagged as such. If used commercially, items must still be sold from their own site or ebay or etsy.
