• Take note of the Product ID and Product Name of the item you wish to purchase.

• Leave it with us and we will confirm your order within 24 hours.

The link to a query option is conveniently available for you to drag your mouse over and click. Returns and Exchange Policy :

• We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a particular item(s) you purchased does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 3 days from receipt of the item for a full refund or exchange. We request that you notify us of your intention to return.

• Item(s) to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

• We highly recommend that you read the product description and write to us if you have any questions regarding any specific fabric item you intend to purchase as we do not accept returns on fabrics of any type. If for some reason, a fabric has to be returned, we strictly require that the fabric to be returned is not cut, washed, dyed or been sewn or printed on. We try our very best to accurately reproduce the colors and type of texture of the fabric on screen.

• We do not accept returns on any kind of books, magazines and patterns or any instructional materials. All sales are final on these products.

• We do not accept returns on any custom-made orders so please think carefully before submitting an order.

• For exchange items, we will notify you of any price adjustments if and when applicable.

• Amount to be refunded will be the actual purchase price paid for the item excluding postage charges.

• The cost to send back the item to us will be at the expense of the buyer.

• We hope that the item(s) you have purchased arrives in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost in transit. If a mistake has been made, please contact us within 3 days from receipt of the item and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

• For Exchange items, please be aware that our products are sometimes limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot replace the item you originally ordered, we are more than happy to assist and help you out.

• For Return items, once we have received and accepted the returned item, we will send out the refund to you.

Returns and Exchange Process :

Based on our Returns and Exchange policy, to return or request for an exchange of an item we request that you let us know of your intentions within 3 days from receipt of the purchased item.

Please include the following details in your request.

• Reason for Return and/or exchange

Postage and Delivery :

Delivery:

• All items will be sent via Australia Post regular mail. If you want your item to be sent via express mail or you require additional mail options like insurance or registered, please notify us so we can adjust your normal postage cost.

• For large parcels such as candle wax, we recommend that you get in touch with us and provide us with your postcode for the actual postage charges. The postage cost in the catalog may or may not be applicable to your postcode.

• For large parcels, if the cost to send the item to you via courier is cheaper compared to Australia Post, we will let you know about it.

• We normally post items purchased within one business day upon receipt of payment and send you a mail notification.

• We are not responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost in transit. Items sent via regular mail do not have any tracking number.

Postage Costs :

• Postage costs shown in the on-line catalogue are based on Australia Post Domestic Postage Table and based on the weight of each individual item. We combine items to help you save on costs. But sometimes when the items are combined the cost to send the items become more expensive due to weight, we normally recommend that we send them as is and postage is as indicated in the catalogue.

• Prices of products, delivery and any other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of issue. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

• We strive to reproduce images of each fabric with accurate color and texture detail. But keep in mind that every person’s monitor shows colour a little differently. When ordering, please take these illustrations and colours as a guide only.

• Please be aware that our products are limited in quantity and availability and may change from time to time. Your order will be a confirmed order within 24 hours upon receipt of order.

• Delivery timetable are indicative only. Soft Treasures will not be held responsible or liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

• Please notify us of your intent to return. Returns will only be accepted if Soft Treasures has been notified in advance of your intent to return or exchange.

• Delivery charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping or postage cost incurred if you are exchanging or returning an item unless it was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item.

• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods in transit.

• Please ensure that you have provided us with the right delivery or shipping address. We will not resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

• We retain ownership of and title to the products you have ordered until you have made full payment.
