Returns and Exchange Policy :

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a particular item(s) you purchased does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 3 days from receipt of the item for a full refund or exchange. We request that you notify us of your intention to return.

Item(s) to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

We highly recommend that you read the product description and write to us if you have any questions regarding any specific fabric item you intend to purchase as we do not accept returns on fabrics of any type. If for some reason, a fabric has to be returned, we strictly require that the fabric to be returned is not cut, washed, dyed or been sewn or printed on. We try our very best to accurately reproduce the colors and type of texture of the fabric on screen.

We do not accept returns on any kind of books, magazines and patterns or any instructional materials. All sales are final on these products.

We do not accept returns on any custom-made orders so please think carefully before submitting an order.

For exchange items, we will notify you of any price adjustments if and when applicable.

Amount to be refunded will be the actual purchase price paid for the item excluding postage charges.

The cost to send back the item to us will be at the expense of the buyer.

We hope that the item(s) you have purchased arrives in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost in transit. If a mistake has been made, please contact us within 3 days from receipt of the item and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

For Exchange items, please be aware that our products are sometimes limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot replace the item you originally ordered, we are more than happy to assist and help you out.

Postage and Delivery :

Delivery:

All items will be sent via Australia Post regular mail. If you want your item to be sent via express mail or you require additional mail options like insurance or registered, please notify us so we can adjust your normal postage cost.

For large parcels such as candle wax, we recommend that you get in touch with us and provide us with your postcode for the actual postage charges. The postage cost in the catalog may or may not be applicable to your postcode.

For large parcels, if the cost to send the item to you via courier is cheaper compared to Australia Post, we will let you know about it.

We normally post items purchased within one business day upon receipt of payment and send you a mail notification.

We are not responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost in transit. Items sent via regular mail do not have any tracking number.

Postage costs shown in the on-line catalogue are based on Australia Post Domestic Postage Table and based on the weight of each individual item. We combine items to help you save on costs. But sometimes when the items are combined the cost to send the items become more expensive due to weight, we normally recommend that we send them as is and postage is as indicated in the catalogue.

Delivery timetable are indicative only. Soft Treasures will not be held responsible or liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

Delivery charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping or postage cost incurred if you are exchanging or returning an item unless it was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item.
