We accept special orders on our Oilcloth products as long as it meets the following conditions:

• Special order should be for a minimum of 5 meters.

• We require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total order amount. For those who want to avail of our Lay-By plan, the minimum layby deposit required for the special order is 30% of the total order amount.

• A minimum of 2 weeks is required from the time the minimum deposit is confirmed for the product ordered to be delivered. For cash orders, full payment is required before the items are posted. For Layby orders, delivery will be upon full payment of the order amount.

• A confirmation notice will be sent via email when the items arrived at our warehouse and alongside a copy of the sales invoice requesting for full payment.

• Just like any normal fabrics, unless the item is faulty or factory damaged, we do not accept any returns. We ask that you contact us immediately if the items are faulty or damaged.
