Button Sizes
Badge-A-Minit has three button sizes available - 1-1/4" (32mm), 2-1/4" (57mm) and 3" (76mm).
Standard Badge-Maker has five button sizes available - 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2-1/4" (57mm) and 3" (77mm).

Button Parts
We have 5 different sizes of button parts available :
- 1" (25mm) - available as a pinback, magnet and medallion.
A regular pinback set includes the front shell, Back with Pins inserted and Mylar (Plastic Cover).
A regular 1" (25mm) pinback button set includes a Shell, Collet, Spring Lock Pin and Mylar (Plastic Cover).
A 1" (25mm) Medallion set includes shell, flat plastic back and mylar.
A 1" (25mm) Magnet set includes a Frontshell, Unpinned Back, Mylar, Magnet.
- 1-1/4" (32mm) - available as a pinback and a magnet.
A regular pinback set includes the front shell, Back with Pins inserted and Mylar (Plastic Cover).
A regular 1-1/4" (32mm) pinback button set includes a Shell, Collet, Spring Lock Pin and Mylar (Plastic Cover).
A 1-1/4" (32mm) Magnet set includes a Frontshell, Unpinned Back, Mylar, Magnet.
- 1-1/2" (38mm) - available as a pinback and a magnet.

- 2-1/4" (57mm) - the ever-popular size available in several types:
The most popular button size. We have the proprietary Badge-A-Minit size and the industry standard size of 2-1/4" (57mm).
The only button size that has several options aside from the normal pinback button. You can make keychains, mirror-back buttons, bulldog clips, magnets, spinback, lanyards and adhesive-backs.
Each pin-back set includes the front shell, Back with Pins inserted and Mylar (Plastic Cover).
A regular 2-1/4" (57mm) pinback button set includes metal front, a metal pin-back (with a no-snag jeweler's pin and safety clasp) and a clear plastic cover.
Magnet set includes a Frontshell, Unpinned Back, Mylar and a self-adhesive Magnet.
We have 2 types of keychain set : Chain key chain and the Split key ring key chain. Key chain set includes the front shell, mylar, flat back, and the key chain that snaps in place.
Lanyard set includes a metal front, plain back, mylar, eyelet and a lanyard.
Mirror-Back set includes a metal front, mylar, mirror, metal retaining ring and pressure spring. Mirror-Back is also available as a keychain set for the Badge-A-Minit product.
Bulldog Clip set includes a metal front, mylar, a plain metal-back and a bulldog clip with 3/4" square foam peel and stick mounting pad attached to the back.
Adhesive Back set includes a metal front, mylar, a plain metal-back and an adhesive strip.
A new spin on buttons with a 2-1/4 (57mm) SpinBack set which includes a metal front, mylar and a metal raised point back.
