Projects and Ideas: Mosaic Quilt of my 'Dad'
My Dad recently passed away and I made this mosaic quilt of him as a treasure to keep. I created my own fabrics using inkjet printable fabric sheets based on the pattern produced by the mosaic quilt software and in black and white to form his image. The wallhanging measures 28" x 23".
I finished off the wallhanging by quilting the whole image in small block of tiles measuring about an inch.
